He's the guy who sunk HMS Carnage - and Ocean. Quite an achievement.

somebody senior (who shall remain nameless) from Ocean once said to me many years after "the dark times" that once I.T stepped into Gary's shoes it all went "Pete Tong".
I was talking to Lomax about this the other day; for all the hoo-har we had developing those games - my god Gary brought in some incredible licenses - I don't think anyone really realised or appreciated it at the time.

I remember that conversation, it was good fun when Gary was on board.
I dont have happy memories during I.T reign though.
Incidently we had another manager after I.T "left". Dan Marchant was brought in from Virgin to take the role on.
Unfortunately AFAIK he got the chop in one of the redundancy waves, just as we went down to one team.

You don't have any happy memories at all, Big John? I'm hurt. *sniff* And I thought we had something truly special going there for a while. Hi all, probably only Brian, John & Dean will remember me, as I only joined Ocean in the 'dark days'. I did meet Gary once though. Tom Nettleship

AFAIK.. I.T is presently "unemployed"
nobody and nothing sunk HMS carnage, it buried itself... after god knows how long it was still one object flying over one very empty landscape.
oh, and hi Tom!
