Help! I just can't get to sleep, racking my brain for where I'm sure I saw a version of the Ocean logo where the A and N weren't joined together.
It's likely a very old Spectrum game. Perhaps it was a fake. Maybe I was dreaming.
My fruitless searching had me ending up here. Anyone know what I'm on about?

Well being the Ocean nerd that ended up working for them in the "good old days"... I had a quick check through my collection going all the way back to when Spectrum Games became Ocean in '83 and even then on games like Armageddon, Transversion, Digger Dan and Pogo they had the Ocean logo that we all know and love (with the A and N linked). Even the old adverts had the same logo. It could be that one of the loading screens (in the early days) didn't follow the logo???

Yes, I'm pretty sure that it was on a loading screen. I remember thinking at the time "oh, I never knew the logo was originally like that!"
I've tried looking at the loading screens on worldofspectrum.org, but no luck. However, it says Caterpilla was re-released by Ocean, but doesn't have its loading screen. Maybe that could be it...
