RoboCop advert - what platform is it?

Hi everyone!

I remember this advert from the first release of RoboCop on retail VHS, but always wondered what format is shown? It's obviously very close to the arcade version, but has differences such as the colour of the enemies' clothes (purple trousers) and the extra line of info at the very top.

Can anyone shed any light on this? My theory is an arcade prototype...

It's just a pre-production / early version of the arcade game, done for the ad.
