I’m looking for any and all information related to The Legend of Prince Valiant. Nintendo Power #39 reports it being shown at the Summer Consumer Electronics Show in 1992 from Ocean, so that tells me that there was a planned US release. I’ve recently purchased a piece of art and am wondering if it was the cover art that was made for the (eventually cancelled) US/North America release of Prince Valiant.
The art was done by Jun Micu, who worked on the art for the American Cartoon series, and this piece is dated 1992. It is the right size and orientation to be an advertisement or an NES cover. Any and all insight into this would be very much appreciated!
