Afternoon all,
I remember reading in an issue of Your Sinclair how Parasol Stars marked the start of Ocean not producing any further Spectrum games (Amstrad titles were also cancelled at this point too).
I had an Amiga at this point, but still kept up with the Spectrum scene by reading my brother's copies of Your Sinclair, and was indeed sadened by the news.
Anyway, I have a few questions which I'd love if you fellas could answer:
- If Parasol Stars marked the start of no more Spectrum releases from Ocean, what was the last title you released? Robocop 3?
- Do you have any idea as to the number of copies your Spectrum titles were selling at this point?
- Were there any Spectrum titles that were going to be released around this point, and got a certain way into production and then canned?
Apologies if this all sounds a bit nosey, but I'm generally interested.
Many thanks for any replies!
Rob

I own a Speccy Addams Family..
Parasol Stars was only to be releasedon the C64 according to GamesX magazine and all that might exist now is a preview version - the complete game being destroyed by the programmers now ex-wife.
