Around the late 80's Ocean seemed to be on a roll with their Spectrum arcade/film conversions/tie-ins, and for some reason `Untouchables` was one Ocean title I was really looking forward to release.
I bought Sinclair User (I was a die hard YS fan) just because it had the bridge level on the covertape. The graphics were stunning, and the ragtime music set the scene perfectly.
However, when I came to play the full version of the game the wonderfully jaunty ditty had been slowed down to about a third of the demo speed. It was still good, but not a patch on the demo track.
Do any of you guys know why these change was implemented?
Going back to the anticipation of `Untouchables`, and I remember Your Sinclair were also really looking forward to the release of this, and it's one of the only times I can recall where two people reviewed the game because they loved the game so much.
A real high point in Ocean's 8-bit output. The Amiga version just doesn't compare.

Hmmm. I don't recall the music changing. Perhaps Jon Dunn or Dean has an answer...

Not too sure actually. The only version I am familiar with is the SNES version of The Untouchables which Keith wrote the music for.
