Just a small request, but does anyone know who I could contact directly at Tiertex Studios to ask about a few unreleased c64 titles?
I tried the support email on their website, but never had any joy.

Blimey, are they still going? I never liked any of their Spectrum work, nearly every game they made was in monochrome.

Yeah Thunderblade wasn't bad at all really. The reason I was moaning about the monochrome graphics was because they never really made any atempt at adding any colour at all.
Human Killing Machine (the unofficial Street Fighter sequel) looked nice though... Until it moved. Everything was animated too fast.

720 was a great conversion. Again, it was monochrome, but looked great.

Something else I've just remembered about Tiertex is that they very rarely took advantage of the AY chip on the Speccy.

Back in those days, I used to try to get to know what teams wrote what games. Tiertex where one of the teams that I just avoided. I just didn't like what they did.

The only one game I liked from them was IndianaJones and Last Crusader. Nowadays I find it very difficult but in old days I liked.
Strider on speccy likes to many ppl, but I cand stand with it. Looks and moves nice, but controls are weird and sometimes happens things you do not want.

Something else I've just remembered about Tiertex is that they very rarely took advantage of the AY chip on the Speccy. Yea. It was a bit odd that they didn't play around with 128k sound and music a bit more. I remember buying Black Tiger, which had 128k music on the title screen. However, the music was so quiet that it could be barely heard. I often wondered how that mistake could have made it through quality control. It was so quiet as to make it unlistenable. Oh, just noticed that WOS has 1986 down as year of release for 720. The computer versions didn't come out until 1987. I'll write and get that corrected.
