;D Unfortunately theres not enough room to put all the Ocean games in the poll. But if u dont like any of the games mentioned then lets us know ur thoughts on ur fav OCEAN games. I enjoyed playing most games in the list - one arvade conversion I really enjoyed and played for weeks and weeks back in the day was WEC LE MANS (not in the list)

Couldn't say - I'm biast as I worked on so many! Can't say I was pleased with any, but hey ho!
I enjoyed working on Robocop, but Batman was just a rerun graphically. Jurassic was fun to work on too!

I really loved Roland's Rat Race and Head Over Heels (Both C64).

Plus also, you should put on which machine your choice is on. 'Cobra' was brill on the Speccy but crap on the 64, 'Wizball, great on 64 but the Amstrad? Ick!

I'd probably say Target: Renegade even though it was released on the Imagine label.

Many ppl complains about monochrome games on Spectrum, but those were cool. I <heart> monochrome graphics, but I <heart> even more when there is the occasional splash of well placed colour (but with the outlined gfx, i.e. Dan Dare 1 and 2). I tell you what I was never a fan of, though, the graphics the Probe (possibly David Perry) started producing for Savage and Dan Dare 3, etc. Space Gun also had those graphics...clever, yes, but just never appealed to me.

If we are talking 8 bit games, I would have to say Head over Heels. For best ever though, I would have to say Addams Family on the SNES/Amiga.

Make sure you get Zsnes (or another decent emulator) - its a crackin' little game. Very "Nintendo" with a crackin' score by Jon.

I dont know.. I have several favourites for every machine. Firefly on Speccy RainbowIslands on Amiga Probably MidnightResistance on C64 yeah c64 Midnight resistance was good and other versions not so good... I always wondered - why was one version of a game good and the other versions on most occassions not so good or had differences..... can any of you guys shed any light on this ? examples..... MArk Jones Junior mentioned that speccy COBRA was good and crap on 64. Wizball was good on c64 but not cpc Gryzor was best on cpc and not as good on other versions - i saw an rzx / rxz (wat do u call those things ?) of the speccy version of gryzor and collision detection was awful, the graphics werent as detailed as the cpc and had an ordinary ending while it had a good ending on the cpc version. c64 yie ar kung fu - all enemy fighters and enemy pic images before fight. cpc yie ar kung fu - 2 of the enemy missing - chain & the 2nd woman and no enemy pics. speccy adidas champ football - had an in game graphic of the referee cpc adidas champ football - no in game referee graphic c64 gryzor - had to press space to jump cpc gryzor - use joystick for all character movement ;D cheers ;D
